Global Handwashing 👐 Day is an international handwashing promotion campaign to motivate and mobilize people around the world to improve their handwashing habits. Washing hands at critical points during the day and washing with soap are both important. Global Handwashing Day occurs on 15 October of each year. The theme of hand washing this year was “Our Future is at Hand- Let’s Move Forward Together.” Likewise our school also celebrated the global hand-washing day with a morning speech on the importance of hand washing by our health captains and washed our hands with soap for 20 seconds. We also had a banner competition in our school and the first, second and third one got cash prizes. Some of the banners are:
